| Once employing over 400 Royersford Area residents in the early 1900's the Needleworks Building was in a state of demise at the time of its rebirth in recent years.
The vision and ambition of the Souder Family Partnership, combined with the encouragement and cooperation of government officials in Royersford Borough, the Montgomery County Planning Commission, and most importantly the residents and business leaders of Royersford community at large have seen a segment of Montgomery County's Past and Industrial Heritage saved and rekindled into a successful, new and exciting mixed use complex.
