| Once employing over 400 Royersford Area residents in the early 1900's the Needleworks Building was in a state of demise at the time of its rebirth in recent years.
The vision and ambition of the Souder Family Partnership, combined with the encouragement and cooperation of government officials in Royersford Borough, the Montgomery County Planning Commission, and most importantly the residents and business leaders of Royersford community at large have seen a segment of Montgomery County's Past and Industrial Heritage saved and rekindled into a successful, new and exciting mixed use complex. The Needleworks Lofts is the cornerstone of excitement, interest and new development of this former industrial driven, Schuylkill River community.
The Needleworks Lofts and Royersford community offer a small town feel with quick access to the Rt. 422 bypass. The Needleworks is conveniently located between Reading, King of Prussia, the Main Line, Exton/Downingtown, Lansdale, Fort Washington and Philadelphia urban areas. Shopping is available along a quaint Main Street business district offering "mom and pop" store fronts and eateries. Alternative shopping is available at numerous new, suburban retail centers in surrounding communities as well as being situated between regional malls such as the Court and Plaza at King of Prussia and the Coventry Mall. For the fitness minded, a new "Y" has been completed up the street.
Just like what's happening in Phoenixville, across the River---Royersford is being Reborn. Now YOU can be a first and OWN a unit at the Needleworks.
If you want a loft style condo unit and don't want to be in the City, be a first, and become a part of Montgomery County's Industrial Heritage.
